What It’s Like to Work with me

Clear Guidance. Honest Advice. Good Energy From Start to Finish. - What It's Like Working With Me

Choosing a Realtor is personal.

You’re trusting someone with your finances, your goals, your time, and often one of the biggest decisions your family will make.

So if you’re wondering what it’s actually like to work with me, I can sum it up this way:

I want you to feel informed, supported, never pressured—and confident that someone is genuinely looking out for you.

That’s not only what I want my service to be. It’s what my clients have told me they experienced.

I Educate Before I Ask You to Decide

I never want you signing something simply because I tell you:

“Don’t worry about it. Just sign here.”

That’s not how I work.

Real estate comes with contracts, disclosures, inspections, financing, contingencies, negotiations and deadlines that may be completely unfamiliar to you.

You’re allowed to ask questions.

In fact, I encourage it.

I want you to understand what you’re signing, what’s happening next, what your options are and why we’re taking a particular approach.

One of my clients described working with me as a “very educational experience” and specifically mentioned that I encouraged them to ask as many questions as they needed before moving forward.

That meant a lot to me because it’s exactly the experience I’m trying to create.

My job isn’t to make decisions for you.
My job is to help you become confident enough to make informed decisions for yourself.

You’ll Know What’s Happening

One of the most stressful feelings in real estate is simply not knowing.

Did the seller respond?

What happens after the inspection?

What are we waiting for?

What happens next?

I don’t want my clients constantly wondering where their transaction stands.

Communication is a major part of how I work.

That means keeping you updated, preparing you for the next step and communicating with the other professionals involved in the transaction so that we can understand what’s happening on both sides.

My clients have specifically mentioned my constant communication, transparency and ability to keep them prepared for what was coming next.

That’s intentional.

You shouldn’t have to chase your Realtor for answers.

I Won’t Push You Into a House

This may be one of the most important things to know about me.

I don’t believe my job is to convince you to buy something.

My commission should never become more important than your decision.

If you love a house, I’ll help you evaluate it.

If I see something you should consider, I’ll tell you.

If you need time to think, we’ll think.

If the numbers don’t make sense, we’ll talk about it.

And if walking away is the right decision?

We’ll walk away.

One of the compliments I’m most proud of receiving from a client was simply:

“He was never pushy and encouraged us to make the best decisions for us.”

That is exactly how I believe real estate should be practiced.

Calm Doesn’t Mean I Won’t Fight for You

This is where Peaceful, But Ambitious becomes very real.

My personality is naturally calm. I prefer communication over unnecessary confrontation, and I believe many problems can be solved by understanding the people and circumstances involved.

But don’t mistake that calmness for weakness.

When it’s time to advocate for my clients, I’m determined.

I’ll communicate with the other side.

I’ll ask questions.

I’ll look for leverage.

I’ll negotiate.

I’ll explore solutions.

I’ll tell you when I think we should push—and I’ll tell you when I think pushing could hurt us.

Sometimes the strongest negotiation isn’t the loudest one.

It’s the one with a strategy behind it.

My goal isn’t to “win” an argument.

My goal is to help you achieve the strongest outcome we reasonably can.

I’m Looking at More Than the House

Of course we’re going to talk about bedrooms, bathrooms, neighborhoods, upgrades and whether you love the kitchen.

But I’m also thinking about the bigger picture.

Does this home actually make sense for your life?

Your budget.

Your family.

Your commute.

Your future plans.

Your priorities.

Your lifestyle.

And ultimately, how you feel about the decision you’re making.

Sometimes clients become emotionally attached to a property. That’s completely normal.

That’s also when having someone beside you who isn’t emotionally attached to the house becomes incredibly valuable.

I’ll be excited with you—but I’ll also help keep us grounded.

Expect Me to Be Prepared

My clients have described feeling like they were always prepared for the next stage of their transaction.

That’s something I take seriously.

I believe a good Realtor should often be thinking one or two steps ahead.

What’s coming next?

What could become an issue?

What information do we need?

Who needs to be contacted?

What options do we have if Plan A doesn’t work?

Real estate can be unpredictable.

I can’t promise that nothing unexpected will happen.

I can promise that when something does happen, my instinct is to look for the solution—not add to the panic.

That’s the Good Energy Approach in practice.

And Yes, I Want This to Be Fun

Buying a home is serious.

But it should also be exciting.

You’re choosing the place where you’re going to live your life.

I don’t want the contracts, deadlines and negotiations to make us forget that.

If you’ve followed my client stories, you’ve probably already seen this side of me.

I celebrate with my clients.

I love the key handovers.

I love seeing someone’s reaction when they realize:

This is actually ours.

Because by that point, we’ve usually been through quite a journey together.

You’re not a transaction number to me.

There’s a human experience behind every closing.

And I want you to remember the experience just as much as you remember the house.

You May Notice Something Else

I create meditation videos.

I talk about mindset.

I share Good Energy Messages.

I talk about being Peaceful, But Ambitious.

And none of that disappears when I put on my Realtor hat.

It’s actually part of how I work.

I believe people make better decisions when they feel informed, grounded and supported rather than frightened, rushed or pressured.

So the Good Energy you see online is the same energy I want you to experience across the table from me.

I’m not creating a character for social media.

I’m building a business around the way I genuinely believe people should be treated.

What You Can Expect From Me

When you work with me, expect communication without having to chase me, education without judgment, honesty even when the answer isn’t what you hoped to hear, patience without complacency, kindness without weakness, and ambition without unnecessary pressure.

Expect me to celebrate the exciting moments with you and become especially focused when things get difficult.

Expect me to treat your decision like the significant decision it is.

And expect me to remember that although I work in real estate every day—

you don’t.

You shouldn’t be expected to know everything.

That’s why I’m there.

I Want You to Feel Good About More Than the Keys

Of course I want to hand you the keys.

But that’s not the only measure of a successful experience for me.

When everything is finished, I want you to be able to look back and say:

“I understood what I was doing.”

“I never felt pressured.”

“I knew he was looking out for me.”

“When things became stressful, he stayed steady.”

“I made the right decision for myself and my family.”

And ultimately:

“That felt different.”

Because that’s what working with The Good Energy Realtor® is supposed to feel like.

Peaceful in the process.
Ambitious about your outcome.
Honest in the guidance.
Strong in the representation.
Good Energy from beginning to end.
