Why I Became a Realtor

When Ambition Meets Alignment

I didn’t become a Realtor simply because I love houses.

I became a Realtor because real estate feels aligned with who I am.

For most of my life, I’ve carried two qualities that might seem like opposites: I am naturally peaceful, but I am also incredibly ambitious.

I love calm. I value balance. I believe in good energy and treating people with kindness. But when I set my mind on something, there is also a tremendous amount of determination behind me.

I don’t give up easily.

For a long time, I wondered where those two sides of me truly belonged together.

Real estate gave me the answer.

Peaceful, But Ambitious

Real estate allows me to use my ambition without becoming someone I’m not.

I don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to be effective.

I can be calm while negotiating strongly.

I can be compassionate while having difficult conversations.

I can listen to my intuition while still studying the numbers.

I can bring positive energy into a transaction while remaining realistic about what needs to be done.

And when pressure arrives, I can become even more focused.

My peace keeps me grounded. My ambition keeps me moving.

That balance feels natural to me.

I Found Something Worth Fighting For

There is something deeply meaningful about representing another person during one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.

Behind every home search is a story.

Someone is buying their first home.

Someone is moving across the country for a new beginning.

Someone is trying to create more space for their family.

Someone is selling a home filled with years of memories.

Someone is taking a chance on a completely new chapter.

I’ve experienced major transitions in my own life. I’ve moved between countries, started over and carried the responsibility of helping my own family navigate enormous life changes.

I understand what it means when a decision affects more than just you.

That’s why I don’t see real estate as simply opening doors, writing offers and collecting commissions.

I see it as being trusted with a piece of someone’s future.

And that’s something worth working hard for.

Real Estate Matches My Energy

I believe everyone has environments where their natural strengths come alive.

Real estate does that for me.

It gives my ambition somewhere productive to go.

My determination becomes advocacy for my clients.

My ability to stay calm becomes valuable when a transaction gets stressful.

My entrepreneurial mind gets to build, negotiate, market and create.

My love for people gets to become relationships.

And my belief in **Qi—the life-force energy we carry and exchange—**reminds me to be intentional about the energy I bring into every conversation, showing and negotiation.

It feels like the different parts of me are finally working on the same grid.

Aligned. Focused. Moving in the same direction.

More Than Selling Homes

I want to build a successful real estate career. I’m not afraid to say that.

I’m ambitious.

I want to grow. I want to become exceptional at what I do. I want to build Good Energy Realty into something meaningful, recognizable and lasting.

But success means more to me when it is connected to service.

If my ambition helps a family find their home…

If my determination helps negotiate a better outcome…

If my calmness helps someone breathe a little easier during an overwhelming moment…

If my experience starting over helps another person feel more confident about beginning again…

Then my ambition is being used for something greater than myself.

That’s alignment to me.

And that’s why I became a Realtor.

Not because real estate changed who I am.

Because real estate finally gave so many parts of who I already was a place to belong.

Peaceful in my energy.

Ambitious in my vision.

Determined in my work.

Intentional in the way I serve.
