๐ Top 5 Pumpkin Patches & Family-Friendly Halloween Things to Do in Las Vegas โ October 2026
Halloween in Las Vegas isn’t only about haunted houses and nightlife. If you have kids โ or you just want pumpkins, fall photos, hay mazes and a much less scary version of Halloween โ there are plenty of options around the valley.
Here are 5 family-friendly fall and Halloween experiences to check out this October.
๐ 1. Gilcrease Orchard Fall Harvest
๐
September 26 โ October 31, 2026
๐ Gilcrease Orchard โ Las Vegas
โฐ Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays | 7 AMโ2 PM
If you want more of a traditional fall experience in Las Vegas, this is the one.
Families can head to Gilcrease Orchard for pumpkin picking, a corn maze, scenic wagon rides, live music, fall photo opportunities, a straw maze and visits to the orchard’s animals.
And because you’re actually visiting an orchard, it feels very different from the carnival-style pumpkin patches around town.

This is more like pumpkin patch meets carnival.
Vegas Pumpkin Patch features pumpkins, a free hay maze, kids’ activity center, photo opportunities, 30+ carnival rides, 30+ games and 10+ food vendors.
Entry and parking are free, although rides, games and food cost extra. On Halloween night, they’re also planning free trick-or-treating and a free family Halloween party.

North Las Vegas gets its own pumpkin patch this year at Craig Ranch Regional Park.
VIVA Pumpkin Patch is designed specifically for families and younger children, with thousands of pumpkins, family photo stations, a hay maze, bounce houses, kids’ activities, carnival rides, seasonal food and local vendors.

๐ป 4. HallOVeen at the Magical Forest
๐
Select Nights Throughout October 2026
๐ Opportunity Village โ Las Vegas
If your kids want Halloween without something genuinely terrifying, HallOVeen is one of the valley’s classic options.
The Magical Forest transforms for Halloween with trick-or-treating, rides, games, mini golf, Halloween decorations and family entertainment.
Another reason I like including this one: proceeds support Opportunity Village’s work serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Southern Nevada.

๐ 5. Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch

October 2026
๐ Multiple Las Vegas Valley Locations
And finally, another longtime Vegas fall tradition: Halloween Town.
This is another pumpkin-patch-meets-carnival experience with pumpkins, rides, games, Halloween decorations and activities geared toward families and kids.
The 2026 Las Vegas Halloween guide currently lists Halloween Town for October, but its exact 2026 dates and hours have not yet been posted, so check the official site before heading out.

You definitely don’t have to head to the Strip to enjoy Halloween in Las Vegas.
From picking pumpkins at an actual orchard to carnival rides, hay mazes, fall photos and trick-or-treating, there are activities happening across Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas throughout October.
I’ll be sharing more Things to Do in Las Vegas & Southern Nevada throughout the month, including weekend guides, community events, festivals and Halloween activities.
And if you’re thinking about buying, selling, renting or relocating to Southern Nevada, I’m always happy to help.
