Las Vegas takes Halloween to another level.

If pumpkin patches and trick-or-treating aren’t quite your thing, October brings haunted experiences, nightlife, costumes, cocktails, DJs and plenty of after-dark entertainment.

Here are 5 Halloween experiences for adults on or near the Las Vegas Strip this October.

👻 1. Universal Horror Unleashed

📍 AREA15 District — Near the Las Vegas Strip
📅 Thursday–Sunday throughout October
⏰ 4:00 PM–10:30 PM

Universal Horror Unleashed is Universal’s permanent horror experience featuring four immersive haunted houses, live characters, themed environments, entertainment, food and horror-inspired drinks. The experience is recommended for ages 13+, while alcoholic beverages are available for guests 21+.

It’s technically just off the Strip in the AREA15 District — Universal says it’s approximately 10 minutes from the Strip depending on traffic.

🪩 2. Halloween Nightclub Weekend on the Strip

📍 Las Vegas Strip
📅 October 29–31, 2026
🔞 21+

If your version of Halloween involves dressing up and going out, Halloween weekend is packed with major nightclub events.

Confirmed events currently include Tiësto at OMNIA on October 30, followed by Halloween-night events on October 31 including Martin Garrix at OMNIA, Steve Aoki at Marquee Nightclub and Mustard at Hakkasan.

There’s also a multi-club Halloween weekend party pass covering several venues from October 29 through November 1.

Costumes + Vegas nightlife + Halloween falling on a Saturday this year makes this one of October’s biggest adult weekends.

🍸 3. Halloween Cocktails & Nightlife at The STRAT

📍 The STRAT — Las Vegas Boulevard
📅 October 25–November 1, 2026
🔞 21+ for alcoholic beverages

If you want something Halloween-themed without spending the entire night inside a mega-club, head toward the north end of Las Vegas Boulevard.

The STRAT has announced Halloween specials at View Lounge and REMIX Lounge from October 25 through November 1, including seasonal hard-cider offerings. REMIX also features cocktails and live entertainment on the casino floor.

You can make an evening out of it with drinks and one of the most recognizable views in Las Vegas.

🔥 4. An Adult Vegas Show — Halloween Edition

📍 Excalibur — Las Vegas Strip
📅 October 31, 2026

For something that’s definitely on the adult side of this list, Halloween night is also an excuse to see one of Vegas’ long-running adult productions.

Excalibur Hotel & Casino hosts Thunder From Down Under, an interactive male revue for audiences 18 and older, and the official schedule currently lists a performance date for Halloween, October 31.

It gives your list something different from haunted houses and nightclubs.

🎭 5. Dress Up & Experience Halloween Night on the Strip

And honestly, one of the most uniquely Vegas Halloween experiences doesn’t require a specific attraction.

Go experience the Strip itself on Halloween night.

Dress up, grab dinner or cocktails, walk through the resorts, people-watch and then choose where the night takes you.

With Halloween falling on a Saturday in 2026, the Strip’s major clubs are programming Halloween events across the weekend.

Just remember that individual casinos, clubs and attractions can have their own costume and mask policies, so check the rules for wherever you’re planning to enter.
